Wan’t to start a self improvement journey but not quite sure where to start?

Are you tired of failed goals, bad habits, and letting fear stop you from moving forward?

Do you want to cause lasting change in your life?

I’m so stoked to announce the release of The Happy Self Improvement Workbook. Thank you so much to those who got your copy in the presale! After a long time of hard work putting it together, I’m so happy to finally be sharing it with you.  I’ve been running the MTME Blog for a while now, actually, MTME turns 1 in April!  In that time, I’ve shared with you many things; my ups, and downs and merry-go-rounds…  I’m so happy to now get to share with you knowledge that has changed my life.

I love the idea of self improvement! It makes our goals,  dreams, and desires possible to achieve. It gives us the power to really take control of our lives and cause lasting change. After watching myself transform through my own self improvement journey, I thought to myself, how could I help others do the same.  Self improvement helps us grow in many ways because your asking yourself what needs to change in your life, what you want out of life, and how you can get there!  As you go on a journey answering these questions and taking action, you get better and so does your life.

Choosing to improve yourself is easy. It’s just as simple as saying a few words out loud. “I will lose 20 pounds this summer!”   Easy right?  You start trying to clean up your diet, you start exercising, and your on the right track. Then it gets hard, maybe you get sore, or you miss those jelly donuts and you ultimately give up. The donuts were good but summer comes around and you’re still in the same place… and that’s where the happy self improvement workbook comes in.

This workbook  helps you set sustainable, achievable  improvement  goals. It’s filled with fun exercises that keep you on the right path to self improvement, even when you want to give up or even fail. With accountability exercises, tools, and motivation, it’s your best friend in your self improvement journey. It even helps you schedule tasks to achieve your ultimate goals.

Best of all, it helps you create an action plan to really achieve your self improvement goals!
