This week on the MTME blog we’ve been talking about self improvement in our little miniseries. On Monday, I gave you my best tips on how to go about self improvement in a healthy, sustainable way. That was a 2,000 word post! I worked on it for hours! But it was worth it; I love self improvement! I love that we can grow and improve no matter what lies back in our past. After dealing with depression 10 years on and off, I didn’t think I was in control of anything; but after beating depression, I now see the ball was always in my court, I just had to take it and run with it! I know I said earlier that self improvement is easy, but let me explain what I meant; the decision to improve your life fight now is easy, but the ability to keep going after fear, worry, laziness, and self doubt set in, is hard.
